Proceedings for the National Conference "Toward EU Integration and the Millenium Development Goals through the National Strategy for Social and Economic Development"
On March 23-24, 2004, over 200 national and international representatives of the public and private sector, civil society, and donor community came together for public discussion and debates at a National Conference,“Toward EU Integration and Achievement of the Millennium Development Goals through the National Strategy for Social and Economic Development” in Tirana, Albania. This document presents conference summary, conference terms of reference, conference agenda, conference speeches and last but not the least working group findings.
