The Science and Technology System in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

This is a discussion paper written by Djuro Kutlaca in the year 1998. First he presents the analysis of the Science and Technology System in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Then an innovation survey of the Yugoslav metal-processing, chemicals and textile industries is described (first for the period 1987-1991 and then for the period 1992-1996). In the end the main differences between the two periods surveyed are presented.
