Science and Education Policies - Final Communiqué
This final communiqué was issued as a result of the International Conference for Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Caucasus and Baltic States on Science & Education Policies, held September 18-21, 2008 in Chisinau.
The conference was organised by joint efforts of the Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education and Youth of Moldova and supported, amon others, by the UNESCO office in Moscow and the Cental European Initiative.
This document also constitutes a contribution of the Central and Eastern European countries, Balkans, Caucasus and Baltic States to the World Conference on Higher Education (Paris, July 2009) and World Science Forum (Budapest, November 2009).
