Horizon Europe Specific Programme - General Approach
The text of the full general approach on the proposal for a decision of the Council on establishing the specific programme implementing Horizon Europe – the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation laying down its rules for participation and dissemination, as agreed by the Council (Competitiveness) at its meeting on 29 September 2020. This text completes the partial general approach adopted by the Council (Agriculture and Fisheries) on 15 April 2019.
