ESIR Report: Protect, prepare and transform Europe: Recovery and resilience post COVID-19
ESIR is a high level advisory group to the European Commission on how to develop a forward-looking and transformative research and innovation policy.
This Policy Brief proposes reccomendations on Europe's Recovery and resilience post COVID-19. The key research and innovation recommendations in this report reflect ESIR’s view that the COVID-19 fiscal stimulus should be combined with the European Green Deal package. The experts look for particular solutions and give advice on how to make R&I policy a transformative lever for the COVID-19 crisis recovery.
