EU Science Diplomacy as a Bridge between EU and Non- EU States:A Case study of Croatia – Serbia – Belarus

This is a case study published within the "South-South Cooperation:Role of Science Diplomacy" report by the Research and Innovation System for Developing countries. The case study presents EU Science Diplomacy and one of its main tools programme - Horizon 2020 as a bridge between EU member countries as Croatia and non-EU countries like Serbia and Belarus. An overview of the concept and relevant tools and practices in these three countries has been presented.
