PREPARING DARIAH (Preparing for the construction of the digital research infrastructure for the arts and humanities)
The DARIAH project was funded under the European Commission's (EC) Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and aimed to facilitate long-term access to, and use of, all European arts and humanities (A&H) digital research data. The project supported research practitioners at all levels, from beginners through to those employing advanced techniques and methodologies.
This final activity report firstly provides an overview of the project context and objectives and then analyses the methodologies that were implemented for the establishment of the proposed infrastructure. Moreover, the document highlights the funding scheme of DARIAH and includes summative information on DARIAH's interactions with other relevant initiatives.
