Priority Medicines for Europe and the World Update Report, 2013
In 2004, WHO was commissioned to produce a report on Priority Medicines for Europe and the World by the Netherlands Ministry of Health. In 2013 the European Commission requested that the report be updated as a resource to be used in planning the Horizon 2020 combined research programme for the European Union. The primary audience for the 2013 Update are the decision-makers working in the European Commission, Parliament, and Council who will be responsible for defining the Horizon 2020 Programme.
