"Firstly I took note of WBC-INCO.NET project webpage back in 2007-2008 and from that time it became one of my favorite sources of information and inspiration also. The Newsletter disseminated within the project is an “obligatory reading” for me and members of my team. The idea of having a regional policy platform for fostering the S&T partnership with EU is from the beginning a successful one, even not easy at all – you should agree first on a common regional vision. But I think that the good practice of WBC-INCO.NET project lies in something different – in a shared ownership, networking, wide representation and participation of stakeholders and of course, important achievements."
