New fact sheet on “How to search for trademarks”
The European IPR Helpdesk has just released a new fact sheet to introduce you to trademark searching using the most relevant databases at the European and International level.
There are many good reasons to perform trademarks searches, such as to gather information relevant to your business, to commercialise an FP7 result and to avoid infringement amongst the most important.
