Program description

IMPAKT incubator of business ideas represents a comprehensive program of incubation of business ideas, i.e. support for the realization of business ideas, and consists of the following components:

•     Entrepreneurial training lasting 6 days in a maximum period of 2 months focused on developing a business plan and business model and strengthening entrepreneurial skills, during which the training participants have continuous professional and mentoring support from the trainer in the preparation of tasks and the final preparation of the business plan and business model.
•     Preparation and implementation of the presentation of business ideas before the expert committee for the evaluation of business plans and business models.
•     Award of non-refundable financial support in the amount of up to 5,000 KM for the best positively evaluated business ventures in the area of ​​the City of Zavidovići, in accordance with the available financial resources to support entrepreneurs.
•     Professional and mentoring support in the further growth and development of the business in accordance with the assessed needs.

All listed forms of support will be offered only to those entrepreneurs who successfully master individual cycles of the program. Support in each subsequent cycle is conditional on the successful completion of the previous business idea incubation cycle. In the case of non-fulfillment of obligations and unprofessional behavior, the Impakt Investment Foundation and representatives of the City of Zavidovići reserve the right to exclude any entrepreneur from the process of providing support at any time.
