Call open for Demonstrations submissions (TNC23) + Early Bird Registrations
SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
The TNC23 Programme Committee welcomes proposals under the themes of networking, security, trust and identity, communities and collaboration, and supporting research and education, but the most important aspect is to be of relevance and use to the NREN community.
Proposals must be submitted electronically. By clicking on the ‘Submit’ buttons below, you will be automatically directed to the TNC Indico platform. Access to the electronic submission system is available with federated login.
All submissions will be reviewed by the TNC23 Programme Committee.
TNC does not support any remote contributions as the conference is a networking in-person event. If in-person participation is not possible for you, please reach out to the event organisers before submitting your proposal.
Demonstration
SUBMISSION OPENS: 20 OCTOBER
SUBMISSION CLOSES: 2 FEBRUARY
The Demonstrations track is an opportunity for researchers, developers, and partners to present their services, practical applications, innovative prototypes, ongoing projects, lessons learned, and recent results that are relevant to the conference’s topics of interest.
For the submission, we will ask for the following:
- Demonstration title
- Demonstrator’s name and affiliation
- Authors names and affiliations (if different from the presenter)
- Demonstration and audience description
- Technical & connectivity requirements
Demonstrations will be possible throughout the conference in a dedicated area. Each accepted demonstration will be assigned one slot of 30 minutes each.
All submitters will be notified in February 2023.
Please note that Demonstrations cannot be presented remotely.
