CALL FOR STUDENTS: Open applications for the "3D Academy and my practice" program
The Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer of the University of Banja Luka, in cooperation with the Innovation Center Banja Luka, organizes the program "3D Academy and my practice".
The program is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports in the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
What is the program "3D Academy and my practice"?
3D Academy is a set of workshops and lectures intended for education in the field of 3D technologies. The program consists of a two-month training and a one-month internship at the "Media Lab" company.
Lectures and exercises will be held in the Innovation Center Banja Luka, three times a week, in the period March-April 2023, and the practical part in the period May-June 2023. The participants of this program will also have independent work, a certain type of task that they will do after the lecture. Candidates who do not have a computer with satisfactory characteristics will be able to use a computer in the Banja Luka Innovation Center. Candidates who successfully complete the training (regular attendance and regular independent work are a mandatory condition) acquire the right to perform professional practice for a month in the company "Media Lab" in the period May-June.
After the program, participants will be trained in advanced modeling techniques in the 3DS Max application, and will have a one-month experience as a 3D modeler on real projects.
Applications
The program is intended for students of the University of Banja Luka, and the application should contain the following:
- completed application form that you can download on the call page
- a certificate from the faculty about the year of study and passed exams that is not older than three months,
- CV with photo, detailed information on previous formal and informal education, practice and work experience,
- motivational letter of a maximum of 200 words, which contains the reason for applying to the academy, as well as what the candidate plans to achieve with the acquired knowledge.

Applications are open from November 29, 2022 to January 15, 2023.
All candidates who pass the first round will be invited to an interview, in order to finalize the participant selection process. The process of selection of participants will take place in the period January-February 2023.
