TRAINING OUTLINE AND TENTATIVE DATES:
The training will consist the following three modules:

1.  Module One - Drafting quality internal documents
   A one-day course with one-day mentorship to develop/fine-tune CSOs’ internal documents, such as organization’s mandate and SOPs - 14 October 2022 TBC
2. Module Two - Enhancing CSOs compliance with applicable legal framework, with a focus on financial reporting and the use of the most common financial management software.
   A two-day course with practical exercises on the use of financial management software and financial reporting, 15-16 October 2022 TBC
3. Module Three - How to advocate successfully and build partnership with other CSOs and relevant actors
   A two-day course with practical exercises and one-day mentorship to support the development capacities/skills for advocacy and/or partnership building, 29-30 October 2022 TBC

Each training module will take place in person, in Prishtinë/Priština or surrounding area, and it will be conducted in Albanian/Serbian/English languages. All COVID-19 measures will be respected during the training programme.

TRAINING DURATION: Five days plus three days mentorship.
Participants’ knowledge on proposed topics will be evaluated before and after the training programme. Only the participants who will attend the entire duration of the training will obtain a certificate of completion.
The training programme is intended only for representatives of small and medium-size CSOs actively working outside of Prishtinë/Priština.
Representatives of CSOs established in areas inhabited by non-majority communities are encouraged to apply.
