EAFIP provides local assistance to selected public procurers in the preparation and implementation of a PCP or PPI procurement, covering for instance scoping an already identified procurement need that can be tackled with innovative solutions, preparing and conducting an EU wide published open market consultation and drafting tendering documents. During 2021-2022 new projects that aim to procure innovative ICT-based solutions get the opportunity to apply for free assistance. New calls to apply for free assistance will be published every three months. See below the scheduled calls and corresponding deadlines:
