Short description

You are invited to participate in an online survey to share your views on the revised version of the Orientations towards the first Strategic Plan for Horizon Europe document.

The European Commission has opened the final online consultation on the draft plan for Horizon Europe, the proposed €94.1 billion seven-year research programme.

The Commission particularly welcomes views from organisations and networks with a cross-border dimension and a mission of advocacy relevant to research and innovation (the so-called umbrella organisations).

During the Horizon Europe strategic planning process, 2 sets of co-design activities took place between June 2019 and October 2019.

Firstly, a web-based consultation (open to the whole world) that collected 6,806 answers between 28 June 2019 and 4 October 2019.

Secondly, through meetings and exchanges between the Commission’s services and almost 4,000 stakeholders during the European Research and Innovation Days (24-26 September 2019) which collected the views from a large stakeholder community.

This exercise fed into a report on the co-design activities and the revised version of Orientations towards the first Strategic Plan for Horizon Europe. This document is the basis for this last web-based phase that will close on 17 November 2019.
