In September 2019 the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) will hold its 12^th European Congress in Duesseldorf, Germany. The theme of the congress will be “Perspectives of Employment Relations in Europe” and thematic tracks will focus on issues such as equality & poverty, the regulation of labor, industrial democracy & workers’ voice as well as the quality of work & digitalization.
