Through this Programme, the Swiss Government will provide support to civil society development in Serbia with the aim of contributing to an active civil society and higher citizens’ engagement in decision-making for the period of eight years (two phases of four years) with the total budget of 11.000.000 CHF.

The mandate of the first phase will be divided into two parts: the first part will start in the first quarter of 2019, and it will be dedicated to the preparation of the programme documents; while the second will represent a four-year implementation starting in the second half of 2019. The estimated budget for this phase is 5.500.000 CHF.

The aim of the tender is the selection of a consortium for the implementation of the Programme, which will include an international and a local implementation partner, with the international partner as the leader. The consortium should submit a concept for further development of civil society in Serbia.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 26 October 2018.
