The Selected Consultant will be engaged for the period of three months. Expected number of working days is twenty five, within the contract period of three months.

Qualifications criteria are:

• Proven experience in the preparation of business plans, developed strategies and other relevant documentation.
• The capacity and availability of staff and resources to carry out the required work for the required period of time (In its team, the consultant company must have at least 3 members, with a higher education degree (ranks of doctorate and master of science will be evaluated separately), in the field of relevant assignment (e.g. economics, innovation R&D, or management).

The selected consulting company must submit, prior contract signing, all needed licenses issued by responsible state authority. Experience of the consulting firm associated as sub-consultancy will not be considered for evaluation for shortlisting.
