The first Call for Project Proposals for Standard Projects of the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme has been launched on 16 March 2017, and will be open for 60 calendar days from its publication. Deadline for submission of the proposals 15 May 2017.

The Programme, co-financed by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-accession (IPA),  has a total budget of EUR 92 million, out of which EUR 25 million are allocated to the first Call. The EU contribution shall be up to 85% of eligible expenditure.

Project proposals must be focused on one of the 4 Priority Axes of the Programme. All obligatory documents to be completed for a project proposal submission are included in the Application Package.

The project proposals have to be submitted through the Electronic Monitoring System of the Programme (eMS). The address of the eMS will be available soon on the Programme website. Meanwhile it’s possible to start developing projects by using the Application tools provided by the Joint Secretariat.
