News archive - [Call for applications] First Western Balkan regional training for evaluators to take place in July 2016 in Ljubljana

The Slovenian Evaluation Society in cooperation with Croatian Evaluation Society (represented by Institute of Economics from Zagreb) are organising the first regional training for evaluators "Evaluating effectiveness of projects, programmes, and policies for smart growth 2020" on July 20-22, 2016 in Ljubljana.

Target groups: evaluators and future potential evaluators, programme and project manager in public and private sector at local, regional and national level; experts included in implementation of european instruments 2014-2020. Training is aimed for applicants: beginners (with 3 years of  experience) and at intermediate level (5 years of experience). Participants will receive certificates with programme description at the end of the training.

Target countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, FYR of Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Serbia,

Languages: Regional languages (Bosnian / Croatian / Montenegrin / Serbian)

Fees: includes accomodation for 3 nights, breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacs, joint dinner, training materials

  • until June 25, 2016: 470€/person (net registration costs: 295€/person).
  • until July 5, 2016: 530€/person
  • after July 5, 2016: 600€/person

Training is organised not for profit! All revenues will be used for the benefit of the development of the Western Balkans evaluation societies - in particular for the projects of education and professionalisation of evaluators in the region.
