Montenegrin Ministry of Science, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Sports is implementing a structural project "Higher Education, Research and Innovation for Competitiveness" (HERIC). The project is financed through a World Bank loan to Montenegro, in the period 2012-2017.

The research component of this project will be focused on establishment of a competitive environment for research through financing of a pilot Centre of Excellence and developing a grant scheme for collaborative research projects in the areas where Montenegrin scientific and economic potentials are distinguished.

With the aim to support the establishment of a competitive research environment, the Ministry of Science has opened a call for:

International consultant for design and implementation of a competitive research grant programme. Deadline for applications: November 6, 2012
