European Innovation Days in History Education
The European Innovation Days in History Education is the annual main event organised by HISTOLAB which showcases innovative ideas on how to improve, or revolutionise, the teaching of history across Europe. The event brings together academics, researchers, practitioners, junior professionals, and students all in the field of history education to engage with one another on ideas previously submitted through an open call, or by attending the side events organised by the HISTOLAB partner organisations.
The European Innovation Days in History Education will also showcase the work and projects of the selected winners for the HISTOLAB Competition for Innovative ideas in schools, and the HISTOLAB Fellowship for PhD candidates.
The event will also facilitate networking opportunities for those working in the field of history education and history students.
The first edition of the European Innovation Days in History Education will take place from 8 to 10 March 2023 in Brussels.
