About Early Career Researchers Network of Network
ECR-NoN facilitates cooperation between early career researcher organisations worldwide. It aims to ensure effective participation of the early career community in international research activities and beyond.
Early Career Researchers (ECR) are usually scholars at the graduate or post-graduate level. In some cases, ECRs are students doing their PhD theses, doing postdoctorates immediately after PhDs or those transitioning to independent researcher.
Investing in ECRs directly translates to more inclusive research and innovation ecosystems generate economic growth and contribute to public good.
The workshop is supported by the Future Earth Paris Hub, Future Earth Global Research Network – Past Global Changes (PAGES), the Austrian Academy of Science and the Institute of New Economic Thinking – Young Scholar Initiative (INET-YSI).
