4th edition of the "São Paulo Innovation and Science Diplomacy School" (InnSciD SP-TWAS 2022)
The Embassy of Brazil in Vienna is pleased to inform that the registration period for the 4th edition of the "São Paulo Innovation and Science Diplomacy School" (InnSciD SP-TWAS 2022) is open until May 31. The initiative, organized by the University of São Paulo (USP), will be held in virtual format, between August 1st and 5th.
Since 2019, InnSciD SP has been providing training to scientists, diplomats, and representatives of the private sector from all over the world on the rich and multidisciplinary intersection between science, technology, innovation, and foreign policy.

There is no tuition fee to be paid and the course is completely online and live!
This year’s program will be divided into two tracks:
- science diplomacy, with classes and panels on scientific colonization, the relationship between the Global North and South, legal aspects of science diplomacy and international biodiversity regime; and
- innovation diplomacy, in which topics such as international open innovation programs, social innovation, innovation and equality, the international dimension of venture capital funds, technology and geopolitics, among others, will be covered.
