EPSS - Electronic Proposal Submission Service - Userguide

In March 2007, the new Electronic Proposal Submission Service has been launched. It allows users to propose projects in the Seventh Framework Programme by creating the proposal online. The web-based applicationi requires only a standard web browser and no special software. The user guide is available from EPSS website and can be downloaded here.
