Toward "effective partnerships" through International S&T Cooperation activities - Key Message
This EC document states that the international S&T cooperation should be a high priority for the EU. It names the main objectives of this cooperation and emphasises that international S&T cooperation can and must play an important role for the best realisation of the Framework Programme. Means that should be used to achieve these goals are also named.
