How to manage IP in FP7 during the negotiation stage
The European Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Helpdesk has published three new factsheets on the management of Intellectual Property (IP) in FP7. The second factsheet, 'How to manage IP in FP7 during the negotiation stage', aims to highlight issues that consortia should bear in mind during negotiation of the grant agreement with the Commission once a proposal has been selected for funding.
