Report from the Commission - The Stabilisation and Association process for South East Europe - Third Annual Report

This is a report from the EC about the Stabilisation and Association process for South East Europe. The Annual Report on the Stabilisation and Association process for South East Europe (SAP) provides an assessment of the progress of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro, including Kosovo as defined by UN Security Council Resolution 1244, within this process over the past year. It is therefore the key indicator of their readiness to move closer to the European Union.
