These are final conclusions of the international conference on education in Croatia written by Pasi Sahlberg from University Helsinki. The aims of this conference were to discuss the changes in the Croatian education system, to exchange the experience in the field of education reforms, and to encourage the new possibilities of international development cooperation in Croatia.
