Serbian Higher Education Reform

This is a paper prepared 2001 by the Ministry of Education and Sports of Serbia. It is about the reform of higher education in Serbia and Montenegro and contribution of the EC Tempus Programme. It states that Tempus projects are used as a financial support and an ideal framework for reviving cooperation between European Union Member States and partner counties universities. They provide a possibility for the exchange of experiences in restructuring study programmes, purchase of the equipment, modernisation of university management and study visits to the EU universities both for students and professors.
