Strategy for the Development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in South East Europe. Regional Approach for the Western Balkans

The regional approach is based on integrated policy from a regional perspective,
aimed at promoting peace, stability and sustainable development in the Western
Balkans. It encompasses Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia
and Montenegro and Kosovo. In the Balkans, political, military, development
cooperation and economic instruments are used in an integrated manner.
