National Monitoring of Sustainable Poverty Reduction Strategies / PRSPs - Volume 2: Country Study Albania

This is a study published by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH. First it presents the origin and characteristics of Albania’s Poverty Reduction Strategy. Then it presents poverty monitoring in Albania and monitoring poverty reduction policies. It also describes the role of donors in supporting monitoring. Last but not the least it gives evaluation of the monitoring system in Albania.
