Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators: Trends and Challenges in SouthEastern Europe

This is a power point presentation made by Edmond Agolli from the Albanian Ministry of Education and Science and Salvatore Bushati from the Albanian Academy of Science. It deals with science, technology and innovation indicators in South Eastern Europe, especially in Albania. At first, the framework for the management of R&D and the network of institutions are presented. Furthermore, the presentation deals with the Albanian legal framework on this area and also some national programmes on priority areas. Last but not the least, main problems are presented and some actions for change.
