RTDI Programme Evaluation Guidelines

The main objective of the RTDI Programme evaluation Guidelines published by EVAL-INNO is to support the organisations in the South-East european countries, responsible for commissioning RTDI programme evaluation, in making the most important decisions and taking the necessary steps for managing viable, relevant and good quality RTDI programme evaluation. The Guidelines include:

  • basic RTDI programme and evaluation types, main evaluation issues
  • the ways to enforce the six most important principles of RTDI programme evaluation
  • decisions that define evaluation objectives and shape the evaluation methodologies to be used
  • a start-kit for the basic methodological design
  • indications on how to manage RTDI programme evaluations as a process.
