Within this grant scheme, HERAS Plus will award twenty grants (each 1 500 EUR) to applicants. This will provide grants to researchers for covering technical and/or logistical support for the development of the project proposal for Horizon Europe, based on successful submission.

Eligible applicants for this call are: Universities; Research Institutes; Individual researchers, Companies, Small and Medium Enterprises and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from Kosovo*.
The applicants must fulfill the following:

• The applicant must have a submitted a project proposal as part of consortium under Horizon Europe;
• The project proposal submitted to Horizon Europe needs to be in line with Kosovo’s priorities in the field of R&I;
• The collaborative project proposals submitted to Horizon Europe must have scientific basis (state of the art concerning the specific research topics, gaps to be filled in the current knowledge, relevance of proposed activities) and the expected impact of the research;
• The project proposal submitted to Horizon Europe must provide information on how the R&I activities are being promoted.

The availble grants are 1,500 EUR each - covered on reimbursement basis.

Cut-off dates (2022-2023) for the evaluation and rewarding of applications: For applications received until September 13th, the evaluation and rewarding will be concluded by the end of September. Other evaluation and rewarding cut-off dates: 31.12.2022 and 28.02.2023.
