NUTRICON 2018 is bringing together the scientific and expert work of: human medicine and dental doctors, nutritionists, food technologists and engineers to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of today's food quality, safety, health, and nutrition issues.

Description

The event consists in 3 highly informative Congress days with presenters/experts from all over the world. Participants will have great opportunity to learn about different experiences in food production, technologies, food quality and safety, health, nutrition, exchange information about new trends and expand their network. Targeted are interested scientists, professionals, companies, governmental officials, and professional associations working in the fields of food production, food processing, food quality and safety, health, nutrition, hygienic engineering and design, innovative technologies, new trends in food safety, from Europe and all around the world. Representatives from the food industry (food producers, processors, food machinery and equipment manufacturers, packaging materials manufacturers, cleaning and sanitation materials producers, etc) will have opportunity to exhibit their products and/or services as well.
NUTRICON 2018 exclusivity will be a Brokerage event dedicated to scheduled meetings between Scientific, Research Institutions and Companies representatives in order to promote Academia-Industry partnership, create new consortia for application to EU programs like: HORIZON 2020, FP7 etc.
