Enhancing Public Research Performance through Evaluation, Impact Assessment and Priority Setting

The OECD Committee on Science and Technology Policy (CSTP) and its Working Party on Innovation and Technology Policy (TIP) have issued a report on evaluation, impact assessment and priority setting to enhance public research performance. TIP argues that, as demands on evaluation of S&T are growing, evaluation can no longer be done solely in relation to the national situation.
