Address by RCC Secretary General, Goran Svilanovic, at the informal meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the South East European Co-operation Process (SEECP)
The meeting was held in Skopje on 10 April 2013. This is the first meeting of SEE ministers of foreign affair ssince Mr Svilanovic became the Secretary General of the RCC, who stressed what RCC has been doing and intends to do in order to help improve the conditions in the SEE region.
