RCC Open Call: Foresight Study on Future Competitiveness Trends in the Western Balkans
The RCC is looking for a qualified experts to support the RCC to prepare the Foresight Study on Future Competitiveness Trends in the Western Balkans. The Study will complement the Strategic Foresight in the Western Balkans: Recovery on the Horizon study. The specific tasks include in-depth desk research, identifying megatrends, conducting expert interviews and organising at least one workshop to validate results. The goal is to enable policy-makers to improve the policies for increasing competitiveness and to further develop regional industrial value chains in priority sectors.
The consultancy aims to support the activities undertaken by the RCC in the framework of implementation of the Common Regional Market (CRM) Action Plan 2021-2024.
